When building cabinets or trailer doors, loose panel connections can shift or leave gaps. This serrated H-channel frame joins panel edges securely while covering the seam for a finished connection.
If you're repairing a cabinet, replacing a panel section, or building from scratch, getting the right fit is critical. This H-channel is not trailer-specific. To get the right fit, you'll need to match it to your existing trim by measurement. If you're replacing a section, measure your current trim or panel setup and compare:
The fit depends on both the channel opening and the panel thickness. Even small differences can prevent panels from seating properly or staying securely in place. If you're not sure, take a few measurements and photos of your current setup and reach out to etrailer support for help comparing options.
